Anti-social Parking
Most of our residents and visitors are caring, considerate and community-minded and this is one of the reasons that the Parish is such a lovely place to live. However, we have noticed, and have had increasing complaints about, pavements being obstructed by parked vehicles. This forces pedestrians onto our very busy roads and is particularly dangerous to those with disabilities and sight or mobility issues, and to anyone with young children or a baby in a pushchair. Most of us will fall into one of these categories at some time in our lives…please park considerately.
Forthcoming Events Community Forum
Sadly, the Community Forum scheduled for 2nd November had to be cancelled due to the amber weather warning for that day. This was obviously very disappointing, as we find these events so valuable in enabling our local groups to network and find out about local initiatives. We have re-scheduled the Forum to Thursday 18th January 10am -12noon at Court Bushes Community Hub. Please contact the Parish Office for more information.
